The Husteblume App Highlights at a Glance Data Protection The symptom diary processes sensitive medical data that is stored exclusively locally on users’ devices. Transmission to servers only takes place in anonymized form and solely after explicit consent, to ensure privacy. Widgets The widgets allow users to place pollen forecasts directly on their home screen. This way, they always have the forecasts in view without having to open the app. Apple Watch With the new support for Apple Watch, users can now track pollen forecasts directly on their watch and gain even quicker access to relevant information. Pen Test To independently verify the app’s security, a penetration test is conducted before each major release. In this test, the app is checked for vulnerabilities to ensure that user data is optimally protected against external access.

GdP – Police Union

GdP The Police Union app effectively supports police forces in their daily work by providing useful information in various modules. A central feature is the Patrol Assistant, which categorizes offenses and allows for quickly finding the appropriate offense in case of violations. With the help of expert interviews, we were able to specifically align the revision with the needs of police officers. A focus was on improving the usability of the Shift Planner, as specific requirements were identified here. Through a pain point analysis, numerous potential obstacles were eliminated to noticeably improve the user experience. The GdP App Highlights at a Glance Offline First The app allows officers offline access to important data, even in remote areas or with weak reception. When the internet connection is restored, all changes are automatically synchronized to ensure the efficiency of their work. Interviews Through exchange with experienced police officers and subject matter experts, the app’s modules are precisely tailored to the specific needs and requirements of daily police work. Patrol Assistant The Patrol Assistant was converted from embedded PDFs into a digital format that is significantly more user-friendly for smartphones. Data Protection The app is designed so that no user data is sent to external servers, thereby ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information, such as shift schedules. Shift Planner The Shift Planner guides users chronologically through the planning process, considers the accessibility of interaction elements, and provides haptic feedback for a pleasant user experience. Dashboard The dashboard includes the most important modules. Users can immediately access central functions, including an excerpt of the Patrol Assistant categories, the displayed favorites from the offense catalog, the weekly shift schedule, and current news.
