Bremen, August 11, 2025 – CONTACT Software, a leading provider of standard software in the field of digital transformation, has acquired a majority stake in neusta mobile solutions GmbH. The previous owner, team neusta SE, is transferring all company shares as part of its strategic realignment.

The takeover is a win-win for all sides: As a leading software provider for digital transformation, CONTACT Software strengthens its strategic innovation capabilities and systematically expands its mobile application offerings with this investment. Both companies will remain organizationally independent and legally separate entities.
